NOFAS “Circle of Hope”
The NOFAS Affiliate network is an international coalition whose goal is to prevent FASD and meet the needs of people living with the disorder. In 2001, Kathy Mitchell from NOFAS co-founded the Circle of Hope, an international program for birth mothers of children with FASD.  Circle of Hope members have shared their stories to inspire and provide hope to families all over the world.
